INECE Capacity Building Program on Environmental Compliance and Enforcement Aspects of Good Water Governance
The capacity building program presents the material through four modules: (1) Writing an Enforceable Requirement; (2) Promoting Compliance; (3) Responding to Violations; and (4) Designing Performance Indicators for Environmental Enforcement and Compliance Programs. Each module is complemented by practical exercises based around a thematically-integrated case study.

The Case Study presents a short fact pattern and exercises for each module, allowing students to apply the information learned from the training course to solving problems in the fictional municipality of Lindagua. |

The Guidance for Facilitators provides sample answers for the exercises and further considerations for the discussions. |
